Google G-Suite/Workspace

Your account includes access to Drive, Docs, Forms, Sheets, Slides, and more. Create individual transcriptions in Docs, then organize them in folders in Drive. Use Sheets (Google's version of Excel) to log your progress. If you take clients, send them to Forms to submit a request for more information such as an estimate. Finally, show off your projects by creating a PowerPoint-style presentation in Slides.
